   为向世界推介华北水利水电学院和中国水利行业的研究成果，提高研究成果在SCI、SSCI、EI、ISTP等的检索率，华北水利水电学院学报编辑部拟出版《水科学与水文化》文理综合英文期刊。该期刊暂定为内部刊物，不定期出刊。主要刊登水科学与水文化领域的猜想、解谜、争议、商榷类研究成果，但不限于此。主要选题如下：

    1、对水科学与水文化领域发展前景有意义的猜想；

    2、对水科学与水文化领域Open Problem（未解决的重大问题）的猜想；

    3、对水科学与水文化领域未解之谜的个人研究成果；

    4、对水科学与水文化领域经典成果的争议研究成果；

    5、对水科学与水文化领域经典人物成果的商榷研究成果；

    6、水科学与水文化领域暂时无法做出最终结果的有价值的中途研究成果；

    7、其他领域的猜想、解谜、争议、商榷、中途成果等。

Announcement on Trial First Publication of English Periodical of

Water Science and Water Culture

Domestic and foreign authors and readers:

  To popularize and introduce research results of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power and Chinese water conservancy to the world, and enhance the retrieval rate of research results in SCI, SSCI, EI, ISTP, etc., the editorial department of Journal of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power plans to publish English periodical of Water Science and Water Culture, which covers the fields of natural science and social science. The periodical is temporarily identified as an internal publication and published aperiodically. It will focus on the research results such as conjectures, riddles, disputes, discussions and so on in water science and water culture’s domain. Certainly, this is not certain. Its main topics are as follows:

  1. Significant conjectures about the prospects of water science and water culture;

  2. Conjectures about the great open problems in the fields of water science and water culture;

  3. Personal research results about unsolved mysteries in the fields of water science and water culture;

  4. Disputes on classical results in the fields of water science and water culture;

  5. Discussions on classical figures’ research results in the fields of water science and water culture;

  6. Valuable stage research results in the fields of water science and water culture, which are hard to acquire the final results;

  7. Conjectures, riddles, disputes, discussions and stage research results in other fields.

  Please write your submissions according to the international paper template (see annex) . The papers contributed will not be returned, so please keep your papers carefully.
